According to the order, in view of public safety and public emergency, 2G, 3G, 4G, data internet service, bulk SMS, MMS, WhatsApp, Facebook, Twitter and other social media in the entire area of ​​Bikaner, Churu, Sriganganagar and Hanumangarh.
