Speech of Abdul kalam on the role of youth.

APJ Abdul Kalam never missed the opportunity to inspire Indian youth. What distinguishes Abdul Kalam from all is not only his knowledge but also his sensitivity and humility. He treated his secretaries, the cook, the driver, or any stranger he met as his friend. Abdul Kalam was a man of vision, positivity, and excellence in his field. In this article, we will see about Speech of Abdul Kalam on the role of youth.

Abdul Kalam is an exemplary person:

  • APJ Abdul Kalam teaches us never to give up.  He faced a lot of difficulties in his childhood and also faced problems when he was in his 20s.
  • When he was young, he wanted to become a fighter pilot, but for some reason, he could not.  But, he never lost hope, every time he tried something new, it would change people’s lives in any way.

I remember a quote he said, “If you want to shine like the sun, burn like the sun first,” and his quote hit me hard.

  • He is a great believer in dreaming with pure hard work and determination and in making those dreams come true.
  • In fact, he did so very simply in his life, received respect from everyone, and always leads us by example.
  • He set realistic visions and encouraged everyone to work for the overall good of our community and nation.
  • He not only earned fans nostalgia for his glorious career. It says a lot about his abilities as a true politician, a scientist, a visionary, and a nobleman, and he will be fondly remembered by each of us.

His journey to become The Great Indian Scientist inspires me a lot.

  • He comes from a very poor family with no educational background, but due to his hard work and determination he can excel in a field of interest.
  • His understanding of culture, religion, people, places, emotions and country really impressed me.

Until the end, he lived a very simple lifestyle, including waking up at 4am, eating Italian everyday breakfast, and living in a very casual room with a minimal number of furniture filled with books.

  • His understanding of culture, religion, people, places, emotions and country really impressed me.
  • Even though he became the President of India, he always behaved very down to earth with a smile, an inspiring person even to enemies.

The habit of motivating and motivating students by going to different colleges and schools and teaching them life lessons.

  • He said in one of his books that he writes about his experiences and learnings through books for us to learn because after his death every Indian child wants to read it and know his story and learn from it.
  • He is no more, but the quotes he wrote are still alive, inspiring millions.

If you ever have time, read his biography, its awesome, you will be very impressed.

  • Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam, the name itself gives me the feeling of breathing for a long time. He is the soul that always makes me believe who I am.
  • The fact that he is not always there makes me better at collecting things in my view.

Kalam sir has always been and will always be an inspiration to all Indians and those who admire him are truly Indians.

Two Indians with zero haters:

1. Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam.

2. Ratan Tata.

  • His life story made me understand that life is about challenges, because it always gives you the opportunity to measure up.
  • Every person around you has something that can help you along the way and you took it in a good way.
  • Failure is a fact of life, we have to accept, but after failure you should not try is the sin you can commit.

He failed in many of his missions, but now he is the ‘missile man’. He was part of the joke in the newspaper, but now his book helps everyone.

Five Values by Abdul Kalam.

1. Be ready.

2. Be brave, think differently.

3. Be humble.

4. Have a goal.

5. Connect with people.

He touched many lives and inspired many young minds to believe in thought, knowledge and, above all, self-confidence.

Student’s inspiration Abdul Kalam:

  • APJ  Abdul Kalam was an outstanding personality of India and many Indian students are inspired by him.
  • His goal has always been clear, and he studied his academics with high will and burning desire in a situation of poverty.
  • He usually goes to give a newspaper in their village every morning and then he goes to school.

He always takes care of his teachers (guru) and meets them even when he is the former President of India.

  • Students should take some qualities from Abdul Kalam, goodwill, desire to do something in your field, courage, leadership, etc.

The inspiring life of Abdul kalam:

  • After Dr. Abdul Kalam was elected as President, he attended a function at the Kerala Raj Bhavan in Thiruvananthapuram. Since he has the power, he could have invited anyone as presidential guests. Guess who he called? A roadside cobbler and the owner of a very small hotel
  • Dr. Kalam spent a significant amount of time in Trivandrum as a scientist. He called cobbler and the hotel owner who were close during his stay in Kerala.
  • When some Indian students met him during the International Space Development Conference (ISDC) in San Diego, California in 2013, they went up to his dining table to greet him.
  • The president, who was having dinner, asked a student to eat from his plate. Very surprised, he took a leaf of lettuce from his salad.

“To this day I take it as a leaf of inspiration from him and the best dinner I can think of,” he shared.

Abdul kalam’s vision 2020 and youth’s contribution to India.

Vision 2020 was prepared by the Technology Information, Forecasting and Assessment Council (TIFAC) of India’s department of science and technology under the leadership of Abdul Kalam and 500 professionals.

Plan for vision 2020 ( a dream of Abdul kalam).

By transforming the nation into a developed nation, five areas have been identified based on India’s vital capacity, natural resources and potential human resources for the combined action to double the growth rate of GDP and realize the vision of a developed India.

You do not have to do big things to make his dream come true, you have to do some simple things in your daily life to make his dream come true.

Currently there is a group organization called “VOISS”. Dr. APJ After Abdul Kalam’s death on July 27, 2015, the names of the pages on social networking sites were “Let’s finish his vision 2020” to promote this vision 2020.

1. Agriculture and food production: The goal is to double it.

Do not throw waste and spit everywhere, be clean, tell others to be clean, do not turn places dirty.  By doing this you are not only educating the people, you are cleansing the nation that Kalam dreamed of.

2. Education and Health: Towards literacy and the overall health of the people.

Educate people and, if possible, make your money available to poor people to educate their children.

3. Reduce the poverty rate and illiteracy rate by educating everyone through media and social networking sites.

4. The three fields of primary, secondary and tertiary must function in balance.

He saw India’s dream of having self-reliable in every aspect, a clean India, a developed India, as the center and solution to all the great problems of the world.

5. A country with governance is responsive, transparent and free of corruption.

In every aspect there are many things you can do to make India credible and independent and make Kalam’s dream come true.

What should the youth do to make Abdul Kalam’s dream come true?.

  1. Do what you do and pay all taxes on time.
  2. Do not be impatient, do your job. Time will surely give you what you deserve.
  3. Do not engage in corrupt and illegal practices to make some extra money and prevent others from doing so as much as possible.

Anand Unni, a student, asked in an email, ‘What contribution can I make to the society as a student?’ Then-President Dr.APJ Abdul Kalam replied with surprise, “The most important contribution is to excel in your studies.”

As a young citizen of India, with technology, knowledge and love for my country,  I feel, small goal is a crime.

For a bigger vision, we have to work and sweat. Vision to transform India into a developed nation, driven by the system of economic strength and value.
