Sadhguru, the founder of the Isha Foundation, said that people need to understand that health and well-being does not come from outside, it must come from within us.

It has been 7 years since the world accepted yoga as a science for inner well-being without being a religion, belief system or philosophy.

Yoga is not just an exercise.  This is a wonderful possibility.

The word yoga means association.  That is, yoga has the potential to constantly destroy the boundaries of our individuality and lead us to the ability to feel the immortality of the entire universe while still being very small alive here.

Just as we have a science for external benefit, we have a science for internal benefit, which is what we call yoga.

This year’s World Yoga Day is as important as ever.  Because this year the covid epidemic has turned the lives of our generation upside down without any precaution.

We have already seen two waves in India and most of the countries in the world.  Virologists say this is likely to continue for longer than we expected.

Very simple exercises that can boost the immune system.

So we must develop a body with good anticipation and a mind with pulse and balance.  Only then can we go through this difficult time with minimal embarrassment.

We need to understand that health and physical-mental benefits can only come from within us.  It is not available from a doctor or medical professional.
