Former Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister and BSP National President Mayawati reached the government residence on Mall Avenue on Sunday morning to pay the last respect to the body of Kalyan Singh.

BSP President Mayawati paid floral tributes to former Chief Minister Kalyan Singh at his official residence. Mayawati also expressed her condolences by talking to Minister Sandeep Singh, grandson of Kalyan Singh.
BSP chief Mayawati reached Kalyan Singh’s residence on Mall Avenue on Sunday and paid floral tributes to his body kept there. Talking to reporters on this occasion, Mayawati said that Kalyan Singh was a big leader of the backward classes. He fought for the poor and backward. He said that the political life of Kalyan Singh was full of challenges. We pray to nature to give strength to his family and his followers to bear the loss.
Mayawati also met other family members after the last glimpse of the body of Kalyan Singh ji. The BSP president came out of the residence and accepted the salutations of the key BJP office bearers.
Kalyan Singh died on Saturday at PGI. The state government has announced three days of state mourning on his death. The body of Kalyan Singh has been kept at Mall Avenue. There is information about the arrival of Prime Minister Narendra Modi at around 10 am.
