Former Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Kalyan Singh has passed away.  Kalyan Singh was admitted to PGI Hospital from July 4.

 Former Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Kalyan Singh has passed away.  Kalyan Singh was admitted to PGI Hospital from July 4. His condition had improved after four days of treatment in ICU.  But then his condition worsened again, and since then his condition has not improved.  However, he died during the treatment.

He was admitted to the hospital on June 21 after suffering from blood sugar and blood pressure.  He is being treated till date.  On July 17, he suddenly started having trouble breathing.  Since then they have been on constant oxygen support.  However, he breathed his last during treatment today.

Former Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister and former Rajasthan Governor Kalyan Singh has died of sepsis and multi-organ failure.

The Lucknow PGI said late on Saturday night that former Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister and former Rajasthan Governor Kalyan Singh had passed away due to a long illness.  He breathed his last today after a long illness and a gradual loss of many organs.  Kalyan Singh was a former Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh as well as a former Governor of Rajasthan and Himachal Pradesh.  As soon as the news of his demise came to light, activists including BJP ministers and MPs expressed their shock.

Former Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister and former Rajasthan Governor Kalyan Singh has died of sepsis and multi-organ failure. He breathed his last at the Sanjay Gandhi Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences (SGPGI) in Lucknow. As his condition was critical, he was admitted to the intensive care unit of SGPGI on July 4.
