Kerala piravi day 2021: Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan congratulates Kerala on its birth.

Since its formation on November 1, 1956, our country has grown in a way that gives meaning to the concept of a united Kerala. It is up to us to overcome the challenges posed by communalism and casteism and to uphold religious brotherhood and democratic values. Kerala has been able to better meet its basic needs including education, health, food and welfare. We have been able to set an example to the world in all these matters.

65 years to United Kerala, Happy Kerala Birthday to all

Kerala has reaped these benefits from the foundations laid by the Renaissance movement and the struggles of the peasantry and the working class. Revolutionary reforms, including land reform and education law, led by Left governments, have been the driving force behind them. The greatest strength of Kerala is the political and social consciousness thus acquired. It is that zeal that keeps us from getting discouraged in the face of a crisis.

We need to take up the dreams of millions of people who fought for a united Kerala about the future of Kerala. The Left is working in that direction. In addition to comprehensive and all-round development activities, projects in the areas of social welfare and education and health have been well implemented. In many ways, Kerala has been able to become the best state in the country and enhance the country’s reputation.

Our country has a long way to go. On this Kerala Birthday, we must take on the heavy responsibility of making Kerala’s proudest features strong without losing them. This is the country we have built by fighting against the forces of division and hatred. That struggle needs to be intensified. Let us stand together for a future of unity, peace and prosperity. Happy Kerala Birthday to all.
