BS Yediyurappa will continue as Karnataka CM for the time being.  It is being told that there is no threat to his chair right now but there is still doubt about whether he will complete his term.  Last week, he was in Delhi to meet the BJP high command, after which the speculation about his resignation intensified.

  However, on Sunday, the central leadership instructed the state leaders not to comment on Yediyurappa for the time being.  Yediyurappa himself had dismissed the speculation of being removed from the post of CM.

BS Yediyurappa will continue as Karnataka CM for the time being.

According to a report, the Karnataka BJP leader told that Chief Minister Yediyurappa has not met the party’s MLAs for a long time.  Another leader said that Yediyurappa is one of the senior most leaders of the party and he is among the senior leaders like PM Modi.  Whenever he will farewell, it will be in a beautiful way.  Let us tell you that last week the speculation had intensified that Yediyurappa might resign soon.

  His aging and ill health were being cited as the reason behind the resignation.  However, Yediyurappa dismissed these speculations.  In a conversation with the media, Yediyurappa had said that he met PM Modi.  During this, the issue of development of the state was discussed and he will come to Delhi again in August.
