A plaque bearing the name of Rajarshi Shahu Maharaj was erected on the welcome arch of Kolhapur on Friday. The Shiv Sena took the initiative on the eve of Maharaj’s birthday in Shahunagar after the reaction started to spread through the society.
While entering Kolhapur city from Pune-Bangalore National Highway, the Municipal Corporation has erected an entrance. This work is done on the principle of ‘Build, Use and Transfer’.
