On Hariyali Teej, Lions Club Rath Virat organized a mehndi competition at Maa Sharda Balika Vidyalaya. In which the participating students decorated attractive mehndi. At the same time, Hariyali Teej Queen was also selected.

On the occasion of Hariyali Teej, a Mehndi competition has been organized under the aegis of Lions Club Rath Virat at the local Maa Sharda Balika Mandir Inter College on Tuesday. In which the girls made more than one mehndi.

The program was inaugurated by club president Geetika Maheshwari, Shivkumari Pastor and school principals Kalpana Sharma, Lalmani and Gomti by lighting the lamp. Club’s Neelam Kaushal said that all our festivals are related to nature. In the competition, Jhanvi, Aarti, Shivani, Supriya and Kirti got their place by decorating with attractive henna. On this occasion women sang Sawan songs.

Program coordinator Gunjan Nagayach and director Anita Kaushal were present. Padma Maheshwari, Jyotsna Maheshwari, Neelam Kaushal, Vandana Mishra, Urmila, Suchi Sharma, Upma Budhoulia, Gyanuka, Pooja Gupta, Jyoti Budholia, Deepali Arya, Alpana Gupta were present on this occasion.

Janhvi topped the Mehndi competition. Mohini was selected as Hariyali Teej Queen. On this occasion women sang Sawan songs. College teachers honored Vandana Mishra, Anita Kaushal, Urmila, Padma Maheshwari, Jyotsna Maheshwari, Urmila, Pooja Gupta, Jyoti Budholia, Archana Gupta, Deepali Arya, Neelam Kaushal, Deepika, Sangeeta, Sarla and college staff were present on the occasion.
