Expatriates are worried that foreign countries are not accepting state government certificates.  The expatriates registered on the Cowin portal after receiving the Central Government’s directive on June 29 received the first dose and the second dose on the 28th day.  They receive a certificate from the Central Government.

The state government is not proposing a solution.  If the certificate needs to be replaced, the certificate can only be issued on the new date.  It will change the slot and batch number of the vaccine.  There will be a difference in stock as well.  The health department is also unable to take action on the matter.
