The Government Medical Officers’ Association (GMOA) has said that Sri Lanka is on the verge of becoming more dangerous than India, according to statistics on the number of covid epidemics and deaths due to the epidemic.
Sri Lanka wins.
Dr. Naveen de Soysa, vice-president of the association, said Sri Lanka was ahead of India in the number of cases and deaths compared to the population.
It is said that travel restrictions have been imposed in the country but no such situation can be seen on the streets.
We need to keep in mind that in all cases where travel restrictions are violated we lose the lives we love ourselves.
Sri Lanka defeats India in corona spread.
In India, 2.01 per cent of one million patients die. Although it is said to be 1.91 per million in Sri Lanka, the number is increasing at the district level.
In the Galle district the figure is 7.01 and in Kandy it is 4.49. The death toll was 2.43 percent in Colombo, 2.46 percent in Gampaha and 3.34 percent in Kalutara.
Sri Lanka is on the verge of becoming more dangerous.
Deaths are higher in Kegalle, Nuwara Eliya, Badulla, Trincomalee and Vavuniya districts than in India.
About 80.09 per cent of the one million population in India is diagnosed with the disease. In Sri Lanka that number is 136.68.
This is one and a half times more than India. People have forgotten this horrible situation.
This is because it allows people to forget it. Dr. Naveen de soysa noted that although travel restrictions are currently in place, there is a problem with the extent to which they are enforced.
