Abu Dhabi T10: Andre Russell played a brilliant innings of 90 runs in 32 balls with the help of nine fours and seven sixes and Tom Kohler-Cadmore supported him well.

Deccan Gladiators beat Delhi Bulls by 56 runs to win their maiden Abu Dhabi T10 title without losing any wickets. Gladiators openers Andre Russell and Tom Koehler-Cadmore batted very well. With this, the team put 159 runs on the score board.
Chasing the target, Delhi Bulls could only manage 103 runs for the loss of seven wickets.
Chanderpaul Hemraj showed courage
Bulls opener Chanderpaul Hemraj tried to play fast. He hit Russell for two fours and a six in the fifth over. However, he kept on losing partners at the other end. Hemraj played a blistering innings of 42 runs in 20 balls, but his stay at the crease ended when he was dismissed by Sri Lanka’s Wanindu Hasaranga in the sixth over.
Bulls’ Odion Smith, Wanindu Hasaranga and Tymal Mills took two wickets each.
Russell scored 90 runs
Earlier, Andre Russell and Tom Kohler-Cadmore formed the biggest partnership in the history of Abu Dhabi T10. The openers made 159/0 in 10 overs. Andre Russell played a brilliant innings of 90 runs in 32 balls with the help of nine fours and seven sixes and Tom Kohler-Cadmore supported him well. He scored 59 runs in 28 balls. Kohler-Cadmore hit three fours and five sixes during his innings.
Shiraz Ahmed named UAE Player of the Tournament
Shiraz Ahmed of Delhi Bulls, who took six wickets in the tournament, won the ‘UAE Player of the Tournament’ award. Dominic Drax won the ‘Baller of the Tournament’ award. The Delhi Bulls fast bowler took 19 wickets in the Abu Dhabi T10.
Vanindu Hasaranga named Player of the Tournament
Rahmanullah Gurbaz received the ‘Batter of the Tournament’ award. The Delhi Bulls batsman scored 343 runs in the tournament. Vanindu Hasaranga was adjudged Player of the Tournament. The leg-spinner of Deccan Gladiators was also the highest wicket-taker with 21 wickets.
